Our winery is the fruit of years of passion and dedication to the art of winemaking. The process of creating each bottle is the result of long months and sometimes years of careful planning, experimentation and countless decisions every step of the way. From which varieties to choose, to how to combine them to offer something truly unique.

 

In addition to our own wine brands, we have made efforts to revive old, forgotten Bulgarian varieties that carry the spirit and flavors of bygone times. The process of selection and combination of varieties is a true art that requires both knowledge and true passion.

 

Our mission is not only to produce high-quality wines, but also to contribute to the revival of wine culture in Bulgaria. We want to remind wine connoisseurs of forgotten local varieties that deserve to be rediscovered and shine on the world stage.

 

We revived emblematic Bulgarian varieties such as Rubin, Sira, Vidinska Ghamza, as well as the exceptional Dimyat - a variety with a rich history and character that brings freshness and uniqueness to every sip. These varieties, along with other local and international ones, have been carefully selected to create wines that not only reflect the Bulgarian terroir, but also resurrect the winemaking traditions of the region.

 

Our wines are created with a mission - to show the best of the Bulgarian land, to preserve the richness of the flavors and to tell the story of each grape variety, which carries with it a part of the cultural heritage of Bulgaria.
